I took my 2005 Honda CRV in to Revive Mechanical Repair with significant engine problems including lack of power and misfiring cylinders. They started work on it when they said they would, completed the work the same day and the car ran great when I got it back. 200 miles later, on my way back home to Ann Arbor, the car started misfiring again. I called Brandon and told him about the problem, that I was aware that auto repair is not an exact science and was not calling to complain. I asked if he or his mechanic had any advice as to what I might try next. He spoke to the mechanic that worked on my car, suggested a couple possibilities and then said he would refund me the diagnostic fee and labor total of 255.17 for my job. I tried to talk him out of that much of a refund, but he insisted. I'm 72 years old, ran my own business for forty years, and complain often about the absence of customer service and integrity in today's business climate. Today was a good day! Thank you

We were visiting TC and our car went into "limp mode" which means it don't want to go because you can cause major damage. Really concerned, I asked Auto Zone where to go and they said Mike at Revive. Was very concerned what the problem was and what it could cost. Got it to Mike and 2 hours later he called to pick me up at our hotel because the car was fixed! The problem was with the second cylinder coil and he charged a very reasonable $110! Honest, professional mechanic. Thanks again Mike!

I can't say enough good things about Mike and his shop! The shop got my truck done within a reasonable time, and a gave me a fair price on the work that was needed. Mike gave me updates on the progress my vehicle the whole time, he explained the work that was needed, and was never pushy on unnecessary parts or repairs. I will definitely be recommending my friends & family to him, and I will definitely be going back to his shop when I need future repairs.
